My main responsibility is leading a team of 10 sales representatives for a yearly 50M € customer portfolio and my activity is structured in four main areas:

  • support team development;
  • keep sustainable and qualitative customer relationship;
  • ensure an efficient management of the order book;
  • reporting activities.

To deep dive, my main professional practices include:

  • developing and optimizing the working skills of each group member by offering guidance, support and sharing the knowledge already acquired to achieve the set objectives; applying effective communication techniques, sustaining a harmonious collaboration between all departments, ensuring the sales department activity runs smoothly by keeping a favorable working climate.
  • analyzing and preserving long term liaisons with all the customers and strategic partners, providing feedback to all departments involved in a proactive manner, solving any issues related to customer, deliveries, order entry details, reclamations; participating actively in meetings with the customers and finding the optimal solutions related to each situation.
  • monitoring the booking volume level versus capacity, following up the purchase orders status, surveying periodically the overdue amounts and examining with the customers blocking points, solutions and payment plan.
